Working from home used to be a luxury, a choice that gave us flexibility and freedom to work independently but now during lockdown it’s a necessity and, like any enforced rule, suddenly it’s not so appealing. Hopefully most of us have moved on from the “WTF is going on?” phase and are learning to adapt to the new normal, but for those that need some help to be more productive, we’ve put together some tips for successfully working from home. A term that once explored will likely lead you to reflect on your own needless struggles in restrictive working environments and perhaps, like me, begin to question how different your employment experience could have been with the right level of support and perhaps, even, diagnosis.
