When you’re working on a large scale project or need high-volume support, finding the right freelancer is only the beginning. We already run a collective of freelancers to manage client work, so while we can just find the right person for a fee, we can also build entire teams and offer team management, so you don’t have to worry about any operational burdens - including the wellbeing of your freelancers and lead time management of the project. We can even cover work if one of the team are off sick or suddenly unable to deliver on the project.
How much does it cost?
We offer a range of flexible options with alternative routes and customised pricing models depending on your business and freelance needs. As a guide, here are a few ways we have charged for recruitment, headhunting and talent management in the past:
Large-scale 3-month contract: one off 25% of project fee, 10% on further work
Small scale ad-hoc projects: one off time-tracked payment £1k, no future charges
Resource, team-build and management: time-tracked resource for 4 freelancers (3k), 10 hours per month (£500pm)
Talent management consultancy: time-tracked face-to-face consultancy on freelance talent management £500
Ongoing global recruitment campaigns: £500-£1k per month retainer with 10% bonus on placement
